Dear Band,
It has been an awful lot of practice hours for this week. We experienced having almost full attendance. We had laughters, couple of emotional moments, and fear. The juniors had their leadership camps. And many of us were head over toes about the pain of the lips.
But Band, please do not think too much about what happened tonight. It was indeed a big wake up call for all of us. I see that all of us were stunned, by the sudden recording. Perhaps thats the reason behind the mess. Or maybe, we were just too exhausted? Do look in the mirror/ceiling/wall/blank paper and think to yourself.
After band, many SLs told me how they felt. And i feel that i want to reach out to all of you first, that the Sls really have the faith in their respective sections. They are all not inhumane. They are just like you all, they have their own commitments, personality and family. Many of them cried. Utterly disappointed beyond belief. So please work together with them. All they want from all of you, is to show them teamwork, the sense of trust&bond between you and your section leader. They know what they are doing, they do have visions for their respective sections, so please, give them the chance to voice out. From what i gathered frm the past few months, it has been the members that is shooting the sls. And it is very unfair, cos all they wanted was cooperation, discipline and the standard respect. I dont expect any drama, but try to make them smile and assure them. Show them that we all can do anything. Comfort and motivate each other, and i'm sure that it'll be a journey worth walking through.
As of tonight, tmr will be the day that there will be 36 days left to Passione III. Time's running out. All of us need confidence and faith. And most importantly, endurance and strength. Things will tighten up alot. Please prepare yourselves. Eat 3/4 meals per day, Drink Alot Of Water, Rest!
Please cheer up, everyone. *smiles*
Start Afresh on monday. Fall in at 5.45pm. Will see you then.
PS:
Happy Birthday MR PHUA! Junisa.
